To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意中,又發現了一間,叫做龍川上海料理,主打同是擔擔麵,以及小籠包,不其然地推門進去。或者先講講小籠包,皮是偏厚,因此湯汁雖多,卻難有盪鞦韆的形態。而且,肉餡稱不上鮮味,須沾點醋去提味。不過,廿五蚊/籠的貨色,絕對是合格有餘。來到擔擔麵,花生湯底,其實也有少許辣勁的,加上濃香的麻醬味,個人認為湯底做得唔錯。只是,麵條有欠爽口,是要挑剔的地方。但,同樣地,這碗麵只是廿五個大洋,相當抵食。另外,也要嚐嚐生煎包。店方刻意把兩隻生煎包反起來放,以示底部是加了芝麻,花了點心思。然而,我仍覺得,底部是不夠脆口,煎耐一陣,效果應該更好。紅油抄手,上桌時頗香,抄手身形適中,只嫌皮不太滑,但適度的辣,以及酸,亦是相當開胃,拿到合格分數。現在,小店也得與時並進,一個facebook專頁,少不了。
