最近,我知香港老字號的恆香餅家開設了冰室作為喜歡嘗試新事物的我,當然要去試試。恆香餅家在香港有幾間分店,包括石門、佐敦和上環。我選擇離我家最近的上環分店享用午餐。恆香招牌炒飯~這個炒飯只在上環分店提供。炒飯粒粒分明,每一粒飯都被蛋漿包裹,搭配彈牙的蝦仁和鹹香的臘腸,又不會太油膩。接招牌濃湯沙嗲牛肉公仔麵配菠蘿油~這碗麵的沙嗲醬非常濃郁,牛肉軟熟,菠蘿油的外脆內軟雪花奶黃流心西多士~這款西多士外層灑滿了糖霜,當我切開西多士,奶黃流心慢慢流出⋯雪山阿華田~這飲品也帶著冬天感覺3.6牛乳紅豆冰~紅豆軟熟卻不過甜,恰到好處。午餐時間的餐廳總是人頭湧湧,如果沒時間坐下享用,這裡還有麵包舖,也可以快速帶走美味的麵包回家。
