To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再去,亦都係唔差,我諗普慶餐廳自助餐最吸引的地方,就是因為它久不久都會轉一轉食品以及特式東西,不像某些酒店自助餐,無論你隔幾耐去,食品都一樣就好似這次,它的特色就是有個舊式攤檔有些玩具以及雜貨,模仿以往的小型檔攤,看介紹的紙牌,應該夜晚會派發少許禮品給食客近期我們常常發現,外出到港島,人流甚少,甚至毛直接搭地鐵返大埔,經過紅磡或是旺角火車站,都沒有太多人客上車回到新界那邊,簡直令人咋舌。而這次去普慶亦都有這個感覺,食客不特別多,後來,你還可以之後再去拿生蠔,店員亦都會直接給你四隻,不用再排隊,因為根本沒有那麼多客人不停拿生蠔。這次發現,原來燒味部的叉燒味道都相當好,如果你好彩攞到叉燒頭的話,肉質鮮嫩,帶少許焦香,另外肥瘦均勻,少許肥膏但又不會太過肥膩,再加點蜜汁,味道好比金翠那些金牌叉燒。不過燒烤舖這次好像比較失色,沒有太多款式,好像雞軟骨都沒有太多,見到有雞棒,都適合嬰兒吃。

近期我們常常發現,外出到港島,人流甚少,甚至毛直接搭地鐵返大埔,經過紅磡或是旺角火車站,都沒有太多人客上車回到新界那邊,簡直令人咋舌。
