To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次嚟呢度食飯,見到有放題都幾吸引,240幾蚊一個,又有得燒肉又有得打邊爐。一日就去啲店員都幾熱情,即刻拎晒餐牌嚟問吓要食啲乜嘢,揀咗放題之後呢就開始樣樣都嗌咗一啲,有牛肉啦,有牛舌啊,仲有豬。一開始擺啲牛肉同牛舌落去燒,燒有少少慢,都等幾耐先熟,喺等嘅時候呢就可以快啲火鍋料落嗰邊爐度,個火鍋嗌咗壽喜燒味,略嫌個湯底有啲淡。燒肉啲肉質都唔錯,牛舌幾好食,期間店員都不停問會唔會加啲肉又或者加嘢飲,服務幾好。總括而言,有得燒又有得打邊爐,一次過滿足唔同願望,性價比都唔錯。
