To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都覺得元氣性價比幾高，食材雖然唔係最頂級，但係質素唔會好差，而且價錢好相宜，今次就試左佢地最近期的期間限定。豐洲直送鰆魚同平目鰆魚配埋特製醬汁味道好濃郁，平目就淡淡地清新清甜好多，各有特色。個人幾推介平目。帆立貝迷你飯個迷你飯好得意，大概係2-3舊壽司飯的份量，配埋上面有好多塊帆立貝，仲有三文魚籽，份量啱啱好唔會太多，好滋味～凱撒風乾火腿好創新的搭配，味道好特別，火腿好香，配埋好濃味的芝士味道都好夾，口感幾好，不過連埋飯一齊食我就唔係好習慣。北海道蜜瓜蘇打我本身唔係好鍾意飲有氣的飲品，不過呢個蜜瓜蘇打真係幾好飲，配埋個雪糕好清新。
