To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年過後有嚟到我最愛嘅譚仔食晚餐，雖然而家佢哋多咗好多唔同嘅新菜式，但係我都係一如既往咁嗌咗墨魚春卷配上珍寶蟹柳（$5）本來想要烤豬柳（$5）不過居然冇晒貨🥲所以就加咗帶子（$5）一共$47，配上麻辣中辣走韮菜味道依舊係咁好！今次仲試埋佢哋果杯新嘅特飲－生薑香橙白玉特飲（ $14 ）呢杯特飲姜味好濃，配上酸酸地🍊橙味味都唔太甜，配埋麻辣米線一齊食味道都好夾，最後仲嗌左一份一人皮蛋（$13）大滿足！

今次仲試埋佢哋果杯新嘅特飲－生薑香橙白玉特飲（ $14 ）呢杯特飲姜味好濃，配上酸酸地🍊橙味味都唔太甜，配埋麻辣米線一齊食味道都好夾，最後仲嗌左一份一人皮蛋（$13）大滿足！
