To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥呢排又有新野出,作為三哥小粉絲既我又要出動🙈1️⃣ 番茄湯米線🍅 (兩餸)三哥既番茄湯底唔洗講啦,係我至愛😍個湯底係用鮮茄煮製,仲可以自己揀辣度,我唔係好食得辣都食到十小🙈;另外仲有番茄素湯,不含任何肉類成分比素食者,好體貼❤️而且番茄仲含茄紅素及多種維生素,夠哂健康👏🏻 叫咗冬菇同生菜做餸,前者直頭可以索哂湯底既味,正呀🤤2️⃣ 乍醬烤四季豆($14)呢個小食價錢唔算貴,就算一個人黎食都叫得四季豆係店內即叫即烤,配埋上面既三哥招牌乍醬食落好惹味又唔算辣,乍醬主要由豬肉碎同多種香料秘製既紅油煮成,同番茄湯米線酸酸地既味好夾好開胃😚,啲醬好味既程度係食哂啲四季豆我都仲會夾啲醬黎食,完全停唔到口🤣🙈 3️⃣ 白薄荷雙檸梳打🍋 (原價$15,加配價$10)呢杯野飲加咗新鮮檸檬、青檸同薄荷,薄荷味勁重,重到有啲似飲緊薄荷糖🤣,整體都幾清新解辣🙈

個湯底係用鮮茄煮製,仲可以自己揀辣度,我唔係好食得辣都食到十小🙈;另外仲有番茄素湯,不含任何肉類成分比素食者,好體貼❤️
