之前黎呢度食過 覺得佢喺越南菜黎講真係數一數二 所以今日又黎食過 再試試新菜式不過一定要叫番嘅係牛油雞翼 佢一如既往地係好香脆 而且有濃烈嘅牛油味 咬落去一陣陣咁飄出黎 好正 仲要幾大隻下 48蚊有4隻 都堅係抵食然後試左碟越式牛柳粒紅飯 好特別 佢一邊係用蕃茄加左落去整成嘅飯 好有越式風味 而另一邊就係望落同食落都好有茶餐廳feel嘅牛柳粒 食落仲幾有鑊氣添🙈🙈 成碟野勁有crossover 嘅感覺 好得意又好食最後係我勁開心叫左 絕對係我今次必須大推嘅越式燒魚 佢係原條倉魚拎去燒的 首先外皮勁香口 但冇燶 然後入面嘅魚肉仍然保留到好多肉汁 魚肉亦好滑好新鮮 就連平日吾係好中意食魚 而且驚腥味嘅我呀媽都大讚好味 仲要連條魚凍左之後都仲肯繼續夾黎食🥳🥳
