To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一心諗住去IFC既利苑飲茶，去到點幾無訂位，話兩點幾先有位喎，唔想等就行咗去怡翠軒，點知原來裝緊修要到十二月先開番，所以就去咗附近既翠玉軒飲茶。去到都要等位，都係大約十分鐘啫。環境舒適，地方闊落。點心不過不失啦，有黃橋燒餅、鹹水角、燕窩餃、豉油皇煎腸粉及蓮蓉飽。豉油皇煎腸粉好細碟，收成三十八蚊好唔抵。蓮蓉飽一籠只得一個大包，要“搣”開一半分嚟食。
