To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說前晚瞓唔著上YouTube睇茶餐廳食物,見好幾條片都有介紹金華冰廳的菠蘿油,仲俾分幾高下,即刻決左試返。有低消,每個人都要焗住嗌杯野飲,唔係呀我食茶餐咋bor都要咁😅好啦好啦如果真係好食都無所謂。但,成件事都係令人失望的。首先講返個菠蘿油,一來皮焗得唔得鬆化,有啲硬,口味偏甜。二來牛油味好淡,唔純,幾乎無乜香味,日賣上千隻的菠蘿油又點會用到靚牛油呀😅街邊隨便搵間麵包舖嘅菠蘿包都好食過呢間。蛋撻亦都唔多掂,首先蛋黃味好弱,蛋撻無蛋味叫咩蛋撻呀⋯⋯d奶味都係奶粉兌出嚟,人造香甜。又講返飲品,必嗌wor質素應該好過招牌少少啩,點知又係伏樣,嚴重圖文不符😅得返啲威化餅零碎地浮在面上,雪山不知所踪⋯⋯呢杯頹飲都盛惠24蚊。At last,成餐最正常就係個乾炒牛河,味道與其他茶餐廳持平,牛肉幾大片下,炒得都叫嫩滑。食客,總在網紅店裡跌低,但又爬起繼續食。

首先講返個菠蘿油,一來皮焗得唔得鬆化,有啲硬,口味偏甜。二來牛油味好淡,唔純,幾乎無乜香味,日賣上千隻的菠蘿油又點會用到靚牛油呀😅街邊隨便搵間麵包舖嘅菠蘿包都好食過呢間。
