To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前於銅鑼灣試過聘珍樓D點心不錯, 今天再與家人來到荷里活廣場一試, 等左大約個幾鐘12:30左右進入食肆, 環境十分嘈雜又迫夾, 枱與枱之間簡直係零距離,蝦蛟($33) 皮薄餡料足, 很爽口但無味, 一d蝦本身嘅鮮味都無...燒賣王($33)賣相很好, 食下去,蝦很爽口, 但又係無蝦味鮮, 只有肉味叉燒包($25)外皮不錯, 可惜叉燒又乾又硬上湯鮮竹卷($25), 高湯好味精, 鮮竹卷內完是素竽角($25)炸得過左火喉, 好油脆皮燒肉($65)皮很脆但好油, 又多肥肉, 食完滿口都是油, 好似張凍左燒肉放落焗爐爐熱再俾客人干炒牛河($9X-$1XX), 又係唔掂, 河粉只有色無味, 又油, 炒到D牛肉超老,牛肉球($28)無牛肉味, 同只係於街邊賣十元二粒嘅牛肉球貨色差唔多。豉汁鳳爪 ($25) 已經左多耐令到骨皮分離總括來說,聘珍樓都算係比較高檔食府, 可惜食物嘅質數真係令我大跌眼鏡,而且侍應既服務質數欠佳, 無人斟茶兼黑口黑面, 似乎唔多想做生意, 真係好失望, 又貴又難食,呢間都算係數一數二
