Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 这家餐厅总结起来就5个字又贵又难吃.. 因为偶们住在太古广场..这家餐厅就在楼下..看见北京楼的名字感觉很亲切..就选在这家吃饭了..点了2份酸辣海鲜汤..因为服务生的疏忽错上到我们右侧的桌上了..致使本来应该最早上的汤一直到所有菜都吃完后才上来..自然此时喝到的汤就感觉有些变味了.. 要了一个宫保鸡丁..98米还是多少来的..基本上就是糖醋鸡丁..和宫保鸡丁一点边都沾不上..唯一一样的就是你也叫宫保鸡丁..偶这样的也叫宫保鸡丁..份量少.. 水煮牛肉..味道依旧不伦不类的..牛肉片超大..就几片..很一般.. 这里的米饭18港币一碗..让偶印象深刻啊..本来是要了一个白饭的..可是等了半天都没有上..再加上菜也很一般..就跟服务生说取消了..买单时我要求先看下清单再买单..可是服务生收过我的信用卡后先刷了才拿来清单..果然原本取消的白饭还赫然在上面..多算18港币..然后再取消刷卡重新刷过..为什么不能先给客人清单再去刷卡结帐呢.. 另外这里的餐前小食都巨贵无比..一小碟的小菜..原本想也就10块左右..居然要25港币..没有免费的白开水供应..白开
