銅鑼灣成日行過見到有間裝修得好靚嘅舖頭,應該開咗唔耐,早排好多人排隊,望咗一眼發現係蛋糕之後,每次都好想買來食但係趕時間或者有野做就miss咗,上OpenRice睇到原來係戚風專門店更加有興趣試一試啦,係到舖頭出面黎見到價錢好平,mini size最貴都唔超過70 HKD仲要做得咁精緻,香港邊度搵呢種價錢嘅mini cake啊係銅鑼灣食完飯就順便去La Famille買一兩舊黎食下啦,原本係睇中咗期間限定嘅焙茶同生得好靚嘅法國玫瑰,但焙茶sold out already,屋企人又話想食白桃,就揀咗開心果同白桃啦紙袋簡單又可愛,牌子嘅graphic design做得好好重頭戲蛋糕,白桃同開心果,首先,兩個整體而言都唔係特別甜同膩,就算自己一個食晒成舊都唔會oily,所有野係啱啱好,特別要讚下開心果,好多details 有超重開心果味嘅mousse,有開心果朱古力脆皮,我估係開心果醬+朱古力再+牛油定型(?)就算有呢一層脆皮都唔會甜到冇人有,成舊蛋糕嘅balance very perfect白桃都好食,上面仲有幾舊新鮮脆桃,用料好紮實!
