To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友聚會想食片皮鴨一直試過好多間都食唔番當初好食嘅味道最後都係呢返呢一度！蕃茄濃湯浸菜苗，失望，冇乜蕃茄味，得幾粒車厘茄，唔特別黃金炒飯，好食又香口！生煎包賣相非常可疑 ，睇落扁踢踢， 但咬落勁多肉汁， 又香又濃非常好食唔記得咩名，刈包，醬汁好食開胃，趁熱食一流。片皮鴨，皮肉切到完全分開，皮超脆！值得一讚！蒸皮都好薄，略嫌醬汁一般。鍋貼，一樣多汁好食！！小籠包開封包拯骨，完全係一個驚喜，只係前菜但超大碟，而且好好食好開胃，係黑糖醋咕嚕肉口水雞，雞好嫩，比想象中辣。整體都不錯，服務都好好。茶可選普洱，烏龍或龍井。由7點坐到10點幾，冇催人走，坐得舒服！
