To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過旺角女人街又俾我搵到間抵食餐廳,餐廳主打焗薯,有成十幾二十款選擇,最後揀左蟹籽蟹腳柳沙律焗薯,所用並唔係細細個薯仔而係比拳頭還要大,上面鋪滿蟹腳柳,賣相、份量同味道都性價比高。除左點主打焗薯,仲點左黑醋鮮果沙律、白酒忌廉煮蜆、芝士煙肉焗生蠔同蒜蓉牛柳粒,飲品點左杯叫Texas(紅葡萄、柚子、梳打) ,值得一提鮮果沙律用上新鮮蘋果鋪底再配上西柚同桃,食前淋上黑醋,黑醋既酸、配上生果既甜,作為餐前開胃頭盤不失為一個精明選擇。價錢方面,兩個人埋單只係二百幾,平、靚、正之選~ #CafeRetour#HKcafe#MongKokCafe#HKGoodFood
