To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係我。今次係嚟食佢個蒜香雞翼尖。午餐時間人好多。等左大約15分鐘先入到去坐低。米線點左竹笙魚腐中辣。飲品點左凍咖啡。之後點埋今之專登嚟食佢嘅蒜香雞翼尖。上次食左蒜辣雞翼尖覺得佢蒜味偏苦。蒜香雞翼尖比蒜辣雞翼尖少左一陣若澀味。雖然本人好辣，但不得不講呢個蒜香雞翼尖係比蒜辣雞翼尖出色。但我略嫌蒜嘅份量比較少。如果蒜多啲嘅話成個口腔都充斥坐蒜嘅香味真係超正。不過如果可以少油就仲好。畢竟大家而家都偏向追求健康食物。
