剛剛去完紅磡廣場出來,經過馬頭圍道一間外賣店,門口招牌是可可豬椰香海南雞飯專門店,在店旁已經聞到陣陣椰香味,我今晚約咗朋友食飯,正好買比老公同女兒做晚餐。椰香海南雞飯:招牌菜一定要試吓,海南雞已經去骨,用咗椰子和多種香料浸熟啲雞,雞肉除了漱滑之外,重帶有椰香味,至於油飯係用泰國米,亦有加入椰漿蒸煮,飯粒粒分明帶有椰子香味!每樣主食都會奉送香甜的老火湯。驚嘆黑蒜醬燒豬軟骨:一打開個膠盒,香氣撲鼻,黑蒜醬汁都好惹味,豬軟骨啖啖肉,肉質鬆化,中間有豬軟骨,豬軟骨炆得好入味,醬汁撈埋啲白飯食,味道一流!蒜泥白肉:腩片肥瘦平均,個汁有好重蒜蓉香兼微辣,惹味好食。日本白桃乳酸梳打:芳香迷人的白桃風味混合乳酸梳打 ,嘅清涼又有暢快口感。熱情風盛:自家製飲品,用熱情果、杞子、青檸調配而成,味道酸甜不太甜。
