Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從大班樓攞咗獎之後,Book枱超級難。排咗幾個月隊,終於又有得黎食🤣兩個人食飯,大概早一個星期就確認咗餐牌,諗住食啲招牌菜之餘,再試下啲新菜式。鴨盒: 呢度菜次次黎都會叫,入面係鴨肉同芋泥,出面就係炸到非常之鬆脆嘅脆皮。咬落去非常鬆脆,而且完全唔油。入邊嘅餡又做到非常之燙心。加埋少少黑醋食就冇咁膩。唔錯唔錯~九層塔炒蜆: 今次又encore 呢個炒蜆🤣因爲真係好好食,蜆肉大隻多肉非常新鮮,全部開晒口。加上香濃嘅茄汁加Tabasco味,熱辣辣非常香口美味!份量兩個人食啱啱好,唔洗爭😆九層塔既香味好出,真係勁香!必點前菜之一!臭豆腐: 今次第一次試新菜式臭豆腐,呢個真係點得冇錯!全餐飯最鍾意就係呢個臭豆腐!呢個臭豆腐係用蜂巢豆腐造。個皮炸到非常之香脆,入面豆腐嘅口感又一層一層軟林林咁樣,相信出邊絕對食唔到同款臭豆腐!臭豆腐本身個調味已經做到好足,就咁食已經好好食。但係佢另外配埋海鮮醬同甜醬,個人我更加鍾意海鮮醬!同海鮮醬一齊食有啲似食水煮魚嘅感覺,正!呢個臭豆腐我下次一定會再叫!咕嚕肉: 唔好睇佢細細碟,但其實比肉嘅份量都幾多。而且豬肉有啲似係豬頸肉定唔知係梅頭🤣 總之就係完全韌而且脂肪

九層塔炒蜆: 今次又encore 呢個炒蜆🤣因爲真係好好食,蜆肉大隻多肉非常新鮮,全部開晒口。加上香濃嘅茄汁加Tabasco味,熱辣辣非常香口美味!份量兩個人食啱啱好,唔洗爭😆九層塔既香味好出,真係勁香!必點前菜之一!

咕嚕肉: 唔好睇佢細細碟,但其實比肉嘅份量都幾多。而且豬肉有啲似係豬頸肉定唔知係梅頭🤣 總之就係完全韌而且脂肪分布好平均。而且咕嚕肉嘅炸粉唔會太厚,味道酸酸甜甜。

蔥油小線雞: 兩個人唔知點解會叫咗半隻雞😂結果都係食唔晒要打包。雞皮做得非常之嫩滑,雞肉都好軟懦。而且大部份骨都係去除咗,食起上黎唔使㖮骨。味道方面有啲鹹香,對比起其他菜式比較平實。可能廣東人做雞嘅方法實在太多🤣所以覺得呢隻雞做得唔係特別出色~不過當然都係好食嘅。

榨菜肥牛潤腸煲仔飯: 冬天點可以唔食煲仔飯🤣今次叫咗肥牛另加潤腸,上到嚟唔算好大煲飯,兩個人食又食得晒喎。肥牛好明顯食得出係靚牛肉,脂肪分布極平均,而且完全沒有根!另外加咗潤腸,煲仔飯嘅熱力將潤腸嘅香味完全發揮左出嚟,好好食。最後餐廳安排左個蜆湯俾我地浸煲仔飯飯焦做泡飯,蜆湯超級鮮甜,加埋飯焦脆卜卜,出奇地好食!簡直係全餐飯既彩蛋!

魚湯腐竹白果浸菜: 呢個浸菜清清地,睇落去平平無奇,不過魚湯真係有好濃郁既魚味。加埋油炸鬼浸落去一齊食,別有一番風味。每次來都會叫呢個菜。跟住忍唔住飲晒啲湯🤣

總括黎講,今次嚟食大班樓每度餸都好好食,尤其係新試既臭豆腐同埋泡飯都好impress! 要排咁耐先有得食係有原因既!下年book定枱,要再食埋魚頭同花雕蒸蟹先得!
