To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣持續悶熱...諗吾到有咩好食, 又黎譚仔...兩個人叫咗:過橋米線 - ($43) - 呢個米線咩都有, 都幾多餸...有腐皮, 魚旦, 豬潤, 牛肉, 雞肉, 9菜, 竹生, 豆卜, 我們要咗清湯, 味道依然keep到, 米線都好食, 吾會過淋..不過唯一吾好..就係太少米線, 如果兩個人食..可能有點吾夠...不過都值得一試, 因為都ok大碗嫁, 細食既人, 一定夠飽
