我哋兩個好少食西餐,但次次食西餐都係一啲慶祝嘅活動,所以嚟到白色情人節,我哋就想据吓扒,輕輕鬆鬆咁Chill吓。A姐話想Chill又想Grill?所以今日嚟到銅鑼灣嘅The Grill Room,提早訂好位,享受我哋嘅二人晚餐。青蘋果巴馬火腿藜麥杏仁沙律巴馬火腿嘅份量唔少,帶有鹹鹹哋嘅油香,沙律菜上加入藜麥同杏仁,令口感更豐富,而青蘋果微酸,好清新!甘筍忌廉湯忌廉濃郁香滑,加上甘筍後,令湯底更鮮甜,好好味!燒豬腩肉鹽味焦糖汁配青蘋果沙律燒豬腩肉最重要當然係脆卜卜嘅皮啦,唔食真係對唔住自己呀,好鬆化呀!而一層肥一層瘦嘅肉,比例啱啱好,好嫩滑好juicy。豬腩肉上鋪上沙律菜,油膩感大減。葡式香辣燒雞配黑松露薯條燒雞層皮好薄,所以燒得好香脆,而肉厚身,大大隻,夠晒飽。而雞本身用葡式香辣醃過,所以夠入味,仲好juicy。除咗配上沙律菜,仲有一大兜黑松露薯條,熱辣辣脆卜卜,好抵食。法式椰奶凍配芒果汁 / 焦糖朱古力蛋糕套餐除咗一份前菜同一份主菜,仲有一個甜品,今日嘅甜品有法式椰奶凍配芒果汁或焦糖朱古力蛋糕,兩款都好香滑,好好味!(記住Like同Share畀朋友)
