To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

永合隆這個大名已一早聽聞,一直未有機會食到。適逢有親戚入伙,斬了燒肉及叉燒來作客。本身好少食燒肉,因很難得才有機會食到一件靚,無謂浪費quota。因為久仰大名,破例食一次,卜卜脆的豬皮,真是皮脆可口;肉質嫩滑,入口鹹味適中,果然是鎮店之寶。其實單看賣相叉燒勝過燒肉,未食也多了一份好感。色澤光亮、表面帶點燶黑,但肉質保持香腍軟熟,蜜味豐富,我一件接一件的不停口。繼跑馬地永祥後,又是一間我推介的燒味舖。
