今朝試咗呢間餐廳嘅燒味雙拼瀨粉,抱住幾大期望,但結果真係非常失望。首先,叉燒完全唔合格,質感硬到似毛巾咁嚡,每一啖都要費勁去咬開,完全冇燒味應有嘅焦香同肉汁豐富嘅口感。咁硬嘅叉燒,真係會令人質疑係咪昨日剩返嘅貨。再講下白切雞,理應係嫩滑嘅,但食落去肉質反而溶溶爛爛,冇咬口之餘仲帶少少怪味,真係懷疑係咪放咗喺雪櫃太耐先攞出嚟用。另外,配搭嘅薑蔥醬完全冇應有嘅香味,同雞肉配搭唔到位,成碟嘢食落去毫無亮點。至於瀨粉本身,質感中規中矩,但湯底非常普通,唔算有燒味湯底應有嘅濃郁味道。整體嚟講,呢個燒味雙拼完全冇令我有回頭嘅意欲,性價比亦低,$63買嚟呢個質素,感覺真係非常唔值。希望餐廳可以改善食材嘅新鮮度同處理方法,否則燒味呢個招牌菜式只會令顧客失望。整體評分:1.5/5
