經歷過上次嘅燒鵝得塊皮乳豬變燒肉嘅四寶飯,今次專心試真d個招牌叉燒同燒鵝,於是就叫左叉鵝飯。叉燒冇上次咁肥瘦適中,冇咁好食,始終叉燒唔會舊舊都靚同啱我心水,起碼冇超瘦都算係咁,但就算唔上No. 1,優點只係夠淋,冇特別香味,一般般咁樣,如果係帶住期望咁去試就多數會少少失望。燒鵝今次有肉食,yeah, 但就冇乜鵝油香味,肉都係夠淋,唔似好多其他地方肉會乾同韌,總合黎講都係不過不失,好多地方都會有更好嘅燒鵝(好似前幾日食過嘅深水埗鵝之極品). 油菜,夠大碟,但個人愛好西生菜,而佢係唐生菜,有少少苦味。總結呢個叉燒no. 1體驗,叉燒要食到靚,始終要撞手神,幾十蚊貨仔要保證最好食係好難,無論店家幾有自信都好。如果係有心做No. 1,不妨做最好賣最貴,有質數嘅嘢一定有市場。
