To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日終於食到呢間日本野喇 上次去果陣岩岩暫停營業 依家疫情嚴重 好明顯唔多人堂食 好多都叫外賣 到果陣只有一位堂食但公司問題 冇得揀 只好堂食😳外賣有88折 抵👍🏻叫左個秘製叉燒稻庭烏冬 加$10有小食總共$73 幾抵食叉燒總共有4塊 望落系另外處理再放上去唔似出面拉麵店咁 食落去口感好好應該燒過再放上去 有一股串燒味既味道☺️烏冬正常好食😋 湯好多配料 不過自選湯底揀既馬來叻沙湯就失息左 只系食到辣味 其他味食唔到 so sad 😳追加小食叫左脆軟骨棒餃子🥟有三隻 要建議即食 唔系會淋 真系煎到脆😂餃子一般 不特別評論🧒 以日本菜黎講 呢間算平 冇加一可以再試下 🥳
