見佢早餐幾抵食,本身諗住嚟食早餐點知瞓晏咗所以變咗食午餐一睇間鋪頭名就知係叉燒專家,所以我哋兩個都叫咗馳名嘅肥叉蛋飯,兩杯凍飲。而餐廳提供嘅係蔗飲管,可以100%被分解!為環保出一分力!like好快之後,叉燒飯就為我地送上。齋講個樣,肥叉晶瑩通透,係一層肥一層瘦嘅五花肉兩隻蛋黃就半生熟,我哋𠝹開蛋黃拌飯,準備火力全開!肥叉有質感有咬口,啲脂肪肥而不膩,我個人就很喜歡,相反朋友就話可以淋D,佢鍾意鬆化啲嘅叉燒不過呢啲都係取決個人喜好~煎蛋方面,蛋白係煮燶咗,兩隻都係。有啲失望飯方面煮得幾好唔會太濕唔會太乾,食得出係泰國香米,撈埋啲叉燒汁好食!總括而言,質素係幾好但價錢略高。
