太耐無食燒味飯,行過深水埗見到叉燒好出名既全翠,點可能唔試下!叉雞雙拼雞就不提也罷,比較肥同多油,食落都滑既,但始終係雪雞所以欠缺雞味。同埋調味過後有啲偏咸,要送飯食先岩岩好。旁邊既蔥油變得無用武之地了。而叉燒先係真正既主角!半肥瘦既豬肉,入口鬆軟,而且豬肉味十分,醃製既時間好足,成塊叉燒都好入味,但如果鍾意食硬身叉燒既人黎講會略嫌不足。因為佢的確燒得唔夠乾身,無左硬身既脆皮口感。但叉燒香林軟身,對於我既口味黎講口感一流!!
