叉燒確實不錯，肥瘦適中，最怕食濃味太咸，太瘦又太靭，太肥又太油！味道剛好。整個黑珍珠套餐，反而本人最欣賞喺個叉燒。鵝肝和牛抄飯就一般水準，太油，飯不夠香。有個餸好似叫乾鮑扣鵝掌柚皮，反而欣賞個柚皮，真係有啲細個住唐樓嘅感覺，有種吃下去的親切感！釀鮮蟹蓋不錯，有種鮮味，不是調出來的味道。另外甜品可以挑選就最好不過，官燕做得再好都不是我杯茶，可況食不出味道，我就不評分。整體來說食物算不錯，服務員也很貼心。
