本來約咗幾個舊同事到大圍嘅楓林小館食晚飯,去到至知停電,唔知搞幾時先有番電,通知都無一聲,掃興之餘,搞到大家一齊摸門釘。匆匆轉場,好彩其中一個朋友都熟大圍,即時改去後街嘅「粵軒」,幸而時間尚早,唔使等位。粵軒賣嘅屬於傳統粵菜,但裝修格局較摩登,卻又無話喺咩豪裝,算喺平實嘅中菜小館。不過,較特別喺套餐具,無論杯、碗、碟都印上一啲唐詩,就好似碟上嘅幾句,取自詩仙李白嘅「將進酒」內幾句:人生得意須盡歡、莫使金樽空對月、烹羊宰牛且為樂,但感覺喺抽得隨意,亦唔連貫,至少,都加埋「天生我材必有用,千金散盡還復來。」啦!鹹脆腰果 $10餐前小食,鹹香脆口,總好過一啲青豆花生。而茶芥收$12位,另收加一就喺指定動作。正餐牌以外,有一個「廚師推介」,我們點咗豉椒炒蟶子皇及胡椒豬肚雞,以及是日燉湯西洋菜燉豬肺。另外,從正餐牌揀嚟陳皮煎藕餅及蠔皇鮑魚菇扒時蔬,我哋1男3女,非大食之人,所以,都夠食咯。西洋菜燉豬肺 $118是日燉湯,每晚限量發售,賣完就無。睇見湯渣就知幾真材實料,一大盅可以分到7碗,入口清潤,無豬臊味,怪不得都見幾多人叫。豉椒炒蟶子皇 $48 / 隻雖然我哋叫咗4隻,一人一隻,不過每隻炒完得

一客有6件藕餅,藕餅搓得幾鬆化,煎得幾香,如果能將藕餅搓得扁平薄身啲,相信整件嘅口感仲香脆;另外,陳皮味似乎就無期望中咁強,好淡淡咁滲出。

一般稱為時蔬嘅菜式,都無得揀咩菜,都喺由店方定,但晌粵軒,時蔬當日可揀西蘭花、生菜或芥蘭。芥蘭炒得仍帶爽脆,而鮑魚菇果真有幾分鮑魚嘅口感,蠔汁濃郁鮮味

最後奉送生果,鮮橙幾件,即喺表示麻煩結帳。整體招呼唔錯,滔湯、收碟都做足,雖然出面人多等位,但都無話催交枱,我哋都醒目好合作
,反正都預咗出去再食甜品。不知不覺,一份工作嘅偶遇,彼此原來相識十多載,可謂友情一線牽
