上次同朋友去左元朗搵好野食,食左個日韓燒,臨走時見到附近有間西餐廳,眼見比佢高掛既水晶燈吸引住,今日就約左好朋友去呢度一齊慶祝相識5週年既紀念!一入到去餐廳內,中央掛起高高既水晶燈,淡淡既燈光下,環境氣氛整體感覺不錯!我同朋友被安排坐在餐廳一個角落,我地兩個人可以靜靜咁慢慢傾,慢慢飲!一坐低,餐廳服務員即為我地送上兩杯Welcome drinks"藍莓乳酪梳打水",雖然味道比較甜,但亦感覺開一開左個胃......我地簡單直接咁點左一個Appetizer,一份set dinner同另外散叫左一份主菜同甜品,再配兩杯house wine。 Set dinner先來個"蘑菇湯配蒜茸包",個湯飲落有一粒粒既蘑菇碎粒,但味道比較淡,唔算好creamy,相反個蒜茸包反而有驚喜,暖暖脆脆的,超香蒜茸牛油味,好味!Appetizer"芝士蟹肉焗意大利大啡菇",我朋友相當喜好大啡菇之類既菇類,呢道大啡菇特別地用左蟹肉加芝士釀焗而成,超多芝士,好香濃,整體味道不過不失,值得一提係如果蟹肉非用蟹柳,相信會更加加分!主菜"燒加拿大黑毛豬鞍扒配溫室蘋果蓉",聽講係呢間餐廳既皇牌推介,我地當然要試一試,一食之下,
