To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約friend由朝食到晚， 第一餐由上環開始~ 點知去到， 未開門， 咁我地就睇吓附近有邊間嘢食， 坐低飲杯嘢等~ 原來附近有間茶檔， 大喜茶檔。 入到去坐低， 有卡位， 正~ 係d舊式茶檔，我地求其食咗個早餐，都幾大份，正~ 好過食老麥啦。 我食個奄列， 多士， 個奄列好足料， 超多火腿絲， 個friend就食菠蘿油， 食完真係飽飽地。。。。 但係我地仲有第2345678 餐, 一陣努力d, 行多d路， 消化多d, 咁就可以食多d.佢門口有兩枱客， 專係俾人帶狗去食， 我走嗰陣見到有隻好大嘅狗好乖咁叭咗響地下， 因為佢太大隻，我都嚇一嚇， 好彩我冇嚇親佢， 如果唔係佢吠我仲驚呢間茶檔係舊式鋪，估佢唔到係良心店， 推介！！
