相信無一個香港人對魚蛋呢種咁有代表性嘅街頭小食會覺得陌生,由小販年代到今時今日,魚蛋串串都可謂陪住我哋成長。成行成市,就會帶來良莠不齊,街邊賣嘅魚蛋,有別於傳統潮式魚蛋,絶大部分賣嘅都係黃色,表面炸過嗰款,用咖喱汁或味精湯淖熟,[魚蛋亦都冇魚味,但係你為左掩飾,專登加D咖喱汁將佢做成咖哩魚蛋,但係咁做太天真,因為你煮o既時間唔夠,咖喱味根本只係o係表面,而冇入到裡面]「食神」嘅批評真係一針見血(笑)。原味魚蛋$10/7粒今次食嘅魚蛋,全粒白雪雪,不經油炸,魚味濃鹹味輕,咬落好彈牙。店方提供自家制辣椒油,夠辣而不嗆喉。AFTER TASTE強勁,唔怪得舖頭有得一樽樽咁賣。咖哩魚蛋$10/7粒魚蛋喺咖哩汁煮熟,夠晒時間比咖哩汁滲入核心嘅外圍同內圍,汁雖然夠辣但唔夠香,亦無層次,好大機會只係用咖哩粉開,但配合咁爽口彈牙嘅魚蛋,都算係水準以上。其實大家都識分,點先算係靚魚蛋,但好少有整得咁彈牙同有真•魚味,無怪乎之前喺年宵市場賣出10萬粒嘅驚人成績!希望老闆可以保持水準,令千千萬萬個食神刮目相看。
