有人帶我去食法國X日本菜,特別開心,而且處處都係surprise。餐廳名解做「夢」,所以處處都盡顯心思。我哋叫咗兩個6 shades of flavour,入面有幾款surprise dish,係menu唔會寫明咩嚟嘅...成間餐廳個presentation都好出色,menu好似本故事書咁,麵包都放得有feel過人。Amuse bouche 前菜嚟講,連唔太鍾意食生蕃茄嘅我都覺得好食,即係掂😆第一個Surprise Dish,係有蟶子x三文魚籽,再配海膽咪增法式燉蛋,店員推介先食蟶子再嚐creme brulee,再mix兩者嚟食,蟶子肉質彈牙,配上三文魚子之後鮮味十足,mix埋Creme brulee後味道特別,滑溜配彈牙,甜配鹹,好有趣嘅配搭。Pan Seared Foie Gras 鵝肝肥美,中間係甜甜嘅栗子,再配上乳酪雪糕,店員又係提議先試每一樣嘅味道,再mix埋嚟食,油香加上清新嘅雪糕,又係一個新鮮嘅配搭👍🏻Lobster Tail 超特別,上面嘅白泡係分子料理嘅菠菜foam,好新奇😆 雖然食落去唔太覺有菠菜味🤣 但都無乜影響,龍蝦唔會過熟,配上底下嘅醬汁,夠哂鮮。第二個Sur
