To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

受學生愛戴嘅印度餐廳

咁啱今日喺附近做嘢，所以就嚟咗呢一間隱世嘅印度餐廳。😂😂 話佢隱世係有原因，因為佢係位於一間好噏耷嘅商場入面。如果唔係有朋友介紹俾我，我都搵唔到呢一間餐廳。午飯時間入到去，入面全部都係學生😳。我都要等左幾分鐘，咁岩有人食完，所以有位。 佢呢一度係有一對印度父子經營。爸爸就係一邊煮咖喱，個仔就負責茶水同樓面。👨🏾‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳打開餐牌佢會有好多唔同種類嘅咖哩。通常每一款咖喱都可以配雞、豬或者牛。鍾意食咖喱嘅可以試晒咁多唔同款，每個咖喱都有其特別嘅味道。食唔慣印度咖喱可以揀個有椰奶嘅咖喱，😂咁會啱返香港人嘅口味。我就叫左個masala chicken with rice。但係我後悔了😂 因為我食唔慣佢啲又長又林嘅印度米，下次我都係揀返佢個naan 🤔 佢一個set有餐湯，主菜同飲品。咖喱好香又有香草味，由於我好鍾意食辣，所以我order左extra spicy🤤。好滿足。
