19-12-2021 (Sun)同老公由灣仔返荃灣買餸,佢諗起要買叉燒,於是行嚟呢喥買,我哋去到都算多人,自己去揀要邊舊叉燒,我哋要半肥瘦,師傅好好同有耐性咁問我哋要幾多,佢拎起舊大大條嘅,我話太大舊,佢問要幾多,切俾你.我答大半.佢就切俾我哋,盛惠$80.00.返到屋企鎊吓,約14兩,即係$95.00一斤?我打開睇,見到顏色都幾夠,又幾瘦同有燶邊,食吓有燶邊嗰舊先,燶邊位好脆,蜜味夠,但又唔太甜,肉質算鬆軟,但仍爭少少,可能佢係雪藏肉啦.到開飯喇,見到有啲肥瘦,甚至係有一邊係白色全肥,而嗰part口感幾特別,係硬少少要用啲力咬,唔通嗰啲係玻璃肉?至於佢嘅汁唔太甜亦唔太鹹,甚至剩返幾舊第二晚食,佢都唔會被啲汁醃鹹,而且重食甜,口感又竟然更鬆軟.原來今次係我哋第一次食呢間嘅叉燒.上次食評係今個月5日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E9%B9%BD%E7%84%97%E9%9B%9E%E5%81%9A%E7%A5%AD%E5%93%81-e4258421

至於佢嘅汁唔太甜亦唔太鹹,甚至剩返幾舊第二晚食,佢都唔會被啲汁醃鹹,而且重食甜,口感又竟然更鬆軟.
原來今次係我哋第一次食呢間嘅叉燒.
