今日個朋友話帶我去豚王食溏心蛋,佢話個蛋黃好特別嘅,之前有聽人講過,但未食過。店鋪位置唔比較易穩到,去到見到已經系度排隊了,但唔算好多人,等左大概十五分鐘就到我地啦。首先梗系要點溏心蛋啦,既然講到咁特別,凈系睇外表同其他蛋無咩區別,但內有乾坤,但原嚟咬開之后先發覺個蛋黃未熟透,好似流沙咁,好滑又好嬾,果然特別。跟住就到呢度嘅主菜啦,我點左墨王,佢呢度比較特別系,會問你面要幾分硬,要幾成辣,比較人性化。上嚟就睇到黑黑嘅一碗,加辣原嚟就只系加左辣椒粉系上面,所以我就先試下個湯底,湯底煮得都算OK,比較有濃郁嘅大骨味,面都算比較好食,總嘅來講,不過不失啦。杏汁豆腐睇上去個樣就唔錯,食落豆腐都得滑,甜度如果不加焦糖嘅話剛剛好,加佐反而覺得有D甜。朋友點左個布丁,感覺都可以,幾嫩滑,整體來講都系可以的。

杏汁豆腐睇上去個樣就唔錯,食落豆腐都得滑,甜度如果不加焦糖嘅話剛剛好,加佐反而覺得有D甜。
