To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小弟，吾食得辣，所以每次去餐食三哥米線，只能夠嗌清湯，之後嗌個尖椒皮蛋，加4,5,6夠落湯，再偷女朋友一啖麻辣底，辣度對我黎講，就arm arm 好。今日，一如既往，叫雞肉墨丸清湯米線，叫左女朋友鍾意食嘅豬耳，我平時好驚食，要左口水味。之後黎左，就加左，三，四舊豬耳，加左一啖麻辣湯落我碗清湯，出奇，係出奇地好好味嘅辣，對於我呢d好想食辣，覺得辣jeng但又真心吾食得好辣嘅人黎講，直頭一絕。我估每次我黎食，我都會叫呢個combo.
