To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好早之前去過89食過一次口水雞飯，真心覺得好抵食，$30元一個套餐包括有：口水雞一碟、油菜一碟、白飯一碟及汽水一罐，由於呢度係冇奶茶咖啡供應，所以唯有揀汽水或者係熱清茶，咁我就要咗可樂，口水雞既麻且辣，真係辣到口頭兼出汗，口水雞面頭佈滿花生粒，D雞肉好滑，油菜夠爽甜，整個餐我都相當滿意，早幾日我又去咗西九8樓，發覺89個口水雞餐已經加咗價，不過只係加咗$2元，套餐就有主菜口水雞、白飯、但就要喺油菜同飲品之間2選1，即係少咗1樣嘢，不過都係抵
