琴日口痕,又想食得健康啲,發現到華御結有個好好既選擇,仲好適合已經食得太多碳水化合物,又好想補蛋白質既人。一盒仔廿二蚊都算係咁,話哂係魚,雖然鯖魚唔係貴既魚。佢一盒大概兩到三小舊,仲有少少四季豆既冬冬同少少紅蘿蔔。成盒125kcal,算係一個幾低卡既少食。不過我買到番屋企之後又忍到口,所以最尾同晚餐一齊食,仲用煎pan加熱番先食。魚既調味好夠,不過我又無食得出有炭香。魚質都幾滑,我果盒都無食到有魚骨。平時鯖魚肉薄啲同鞋口啲,唔知點解呢個有咁大驚喜呢?
