To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前來過吃午餐,感覺已經不錯。是次跟女朋友一同來共進晚餐,首先是從生魚片和壽司開始。餐廳提供北海道海膽和韓國海膽選擇,當然,價錢差不多貴一倍的日本海膽取勝,味道是一貫的甜味,唯一批評的是紫菜的味道 ,有點奪去海膽的本身鮮味。軟殼蟹和香蔥吞拿魚腩手卷味道不俗,唯獨是紫菜不夠脆身,到檯時已經有點軟韌,破壞了整體的口感。深海池魚肉質鮮嫩,可惜魚味不夠濃。清酒煮蜆湯底非常清甜,材料新鮮,是重點推介。A5和牛厚燒味道可口,輕燒的表面更提了牛肉的美味。用石燒可保溫之餘亦可隨客人心意調教生熟程度,Good Job! 其餘點選了京燒銀鱈魚和雜菜烏冬,味道不過不失。最值得嘉許的是服務生的專業態度,笑容可恭,讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。值得一提的是餐廳以非牟利型式經營,在進食美食之餘,背後亦間接地幫助了有語言障礙的兒童,非常有意思!
