To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚上，同友人黎左呢間餐廳食飯，享受返工前最後晚餐。呢間裝修係上海灘懷舊特色，除左門口中式大牌同門口之外，內部裝修都好具舊上海特式，復古得黎，環境又清休絕對係情侶打卡，好友暢談既地方！初時仲以為係食中菜，但入琴去先知係酒吧同食西餐！咁既裝修係平常既西式餐廳從未見到，用舊上海懷舊特色襯托西餐酒吧真係第一次見！我地叫左海鮮磨菇寬條麵，正常晚餐價錢，用料十足，大蝦青口都有幾隻，而且味道唔錯。之後又食左塊牛扒，估唔到大塊到咁，性價比高，有咬口，有肉汁，我自己鐘意落鹽食，仲正！最後要講下甜品，都係正野。鮮製pan cake，又香又外脆內軟，為完美既最後晚餐畫上句號！
