#_bigfoodbaby新蒲崗#_bigfoodbaby餅店新蒲崗真係有好多誠意小店值得支持下,除咗有大熱嘅享樂烘焙,呢間餅店嘅古法拿破崙都十分出名👍🏻✨🌝古法拿破崙 $27 (短條 12cm $124/ 原條 20cm $206)同法式拿破崙唔同嘅係,港式無咗兩層吉士醬,由三層酥皮三層合桃蛋白餅三層牛油忌廉組成,絕對係心機同誠意之作👍🏻而佢哋嘅酥皮充滿牛油香,但食落無一般港式拿破崙咁膩,我諗係無咩豬油?而口感方面,佢哋亦做到好鬆化但又唔易散!(通常食拿破崙都好狼狽啲酥一路食一路跌🤣)但呢度係可以完整食哂一舊!另外合桃蛋白餅口感上係較煙韌,配埋唔會過甜嘅牛油忌廉真係幾好食🤭🌝伯爵茶戚風蛋糕 $14見到佢有賣埋細細件嘅戚風蛋糕,就買咗黎淺嘗下,蛋糕體非常鬆軟充滿空氣感,食落亦唔乾👍🏻伯爵茶味非常出同清香🤩係完全唔覺膩,口感清新嘅蛋糕👍🏻🌖開心果戚風蛋糕 $14好難得見到有開心果味嘅戚風蛋糕,食落有淡淡嘅開心果味,再濃啲會更好📍常溫 (新蒲崗)新蒲崗大有街33A號佳力工業大廈地舖
