To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 進入秋冬季節,又係時候食至愛的羊腩煲。今日約了好友吃晚飯,她提議到她住所附近康怡廣場內的金公館,這是一間提供粵菜、京川滬菜的高質小菜館,最重要喺現時逢星期一至四推出羊腩煲優惠價$188,十分吸引。店舖裝修明亮簡潔,有不少卡座位,啱晒我哋喜歡一邊吃一邊說話的客人。每枱都附設一座熱水機,店員開茶後,客人便可自行添加熱水,省卻不少等候添水時間。餐牌上食物款式非常多,當然第一時間點了期待已久的羊腩煲,還有這裏招牌菜之一的酸菜魚。古法羊腩煲配田園蔬菜這裡的羊腩煲設有兩款口味,有秘製古法或川式風味的,好友喜歡古法製作,所以我們點了古法羊腩煲。熱騰騰香噴噴的羊腩煲份量十足,羊腩啖啖肉,肉質軟腍、鬆化多汁,蘸上椒絲腐乳醬更提升鮮味;材料還有爽甜馬蹄、冬筍、枝竹,配上生菜吸收了湯汁精華,香甜濃郁,份量足夠四人享用!金湯老壇酸菜魚(小)酸菜魚係我最愛的傳統川菜美食之一,要了小份,但份量也不少。一片片無骨的魚肉嫩滑無比,湯底還有酸菜、菊花瓣、透明滑溜的冬粉、加上紅椒和芝麻,香辣又惹味。食又熱又辣的美食怎可少得了冰凍汽水,要了兩罐無糖可樂才算完美。原先想點甜點,但食物份量實在大,大家都非常飽肚。這𥚃座位舒適、
