天氣開始涼,於是去打邊爐,見到有間好古色古香既火鍋店,於是去左食😂入到去,環境真係唔錯,地方夠大,坐得好舒適,服務態度幾好,值得一讚👍🏻👍🏻叫左個藥膳湯,真係好足料,仲愈煲愈出味,未開始打邊爐時,小弟都飲左兩碗😂😂🌟 極品鵝腸($88)鵝腸好新鮮,好爽脆,長度切得岩岩好,煮熟完後唔會好短, 擺盤亦都擺得好靚,所以響菜單既第一位係有原因😋😋🌟舌尖上的牛舌($68)牛舌切得薄,好長,打邊爐好快熟,好新鮮,切點👍🏻👍🏻🌟澳洲雪花肥牛 ($82)牛味重,雪花均勻,厚度岩岩好,仲好新鮮,無雪藏嘅味道,唔錯👍🏻👍🏻🌟老碼頭筷子牛($88)呢個好特別,出面無聽過都無見過,原來係辣辣地,一條條同筷子🥢長度,厚度差唔多,調味得好好👍🏻👍🏻,牛味同雪花肥牛差唔多,都好重牛味,好新鮮😋😋
