呢間位於塘尾道嘅老牌火鍋店,好幾次經過都見到,格調非常古色古香。佢地主打川式麻辣火鍋,唔食得辣嘅我今次揀左宮庭藥膳湯底($138),由多種藥材熬製而成,另有一番風味☺️餐廳設有自助醬料吧($25/位),有各式醬料提供混醬。另外設有幾款生果,都係任食,打完邊爐食啲生果消滯都係好選擇👍🏼 火鍋配料方面,大部分食材都切有全份同半份選擇,我地2個人叫半份就啱啱好😇日本A4牛頸脊🥩($208) - 打邊爐當然要食和牛,呢款A4和牛非常薄切,油花充足所以可以入口即溶,6大片靚牛用冰山鎮住,唔洗怕牛肉會變淋哂。手打龍蝦肉蝦丸🍢($68) - 半份有4粒,口感彈牙菠菜墨魚滑🍢($68) - 見到幾新奇所以叫黎試下,舊墨魚滑係青綠色嘅,上面有d蟹子點綴下,煮完食落真係有微微菠菜味,幾得意紫薯寛粉🍜($38) - 紅薯粉就成日見,紫薯就第一次見,原來真係紫色架🤣 口感同普通薯粉一樣,煙韌索湯👍🏼
