比較起較本土、大角咀市政楓樹圍,鵝頸橋市政榮記的顧客就較國際化,間中會見有老外找到上來吃。以往遇周六日,最好黃昏6:15前便要到,否則至少等下輪,這陣子明顯淡靜,5:30到,見6:45居然還有數張枱剩。餐牌更新了,太久沒來一時間不知點啥,見牆上貼了 蒜香蟹飯似是推介,另點了 豉油王鵝腸、翠塘豆腐、菜膽雞。蟹飯雖 只一隻蟹但蟹肉及蟹膏豐富,肉質結實,飯底加了中量炸蒜粒、少量咸蛋來蒸,對得起$128這價錢;豉油王鵝腸 似乎忘了加蔥,就得銀芽墊底,而銀芽的水份煮時滲出太多間接沖淡了豉油味,所以不夠香且味淡;翠塘豆腐 下了冬菇粒、蘿蔔片、西芹、魚片、草菇、蒸蛋,主角豆腐是切粒同蒸,料很足;菜膽雞 棄小棠菜而用生菜,感覺不夠「膽」,賣相亮晶晶,就是吃不出雞香味,只能嚐到雞肉滑嫩,全靠那個芡汁調得好補救。又叫了森堡2支、仙地等,整餐飯大概$420左右。
