To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

"另上"炸醬新食法

10月2 日排戲, 夜晚去左食譚仔, 食過好多次譚仔, 不過都係第一次食呢間, 叫左個炸醬牛肉米線, 見到朋友都係炸甾另外上, 我都跟下佢地先原來另外上炸醬係好食好多!唔知係咪我心理作用, 但係我覺得另上係多炸醬d嫁! 有足足一個細碗仔咁多, 而且平時d炸醬撈左去d麵到好多都會食唔到, 又唔見晒, 不過另上就完全無呢個煩惱, 又可以大啖大啖炸醬咁食真係有另一種滿足 牛肉都幾滑, 唔錯!檸茶見朋友叫小甜我又叫哈哈, 又真係好飲d和, 個澀味岩岩好, 今次真係有新得著!

原來另外上炸醬係好食好多!
