繼上次係過鐵板和牛同漢堡,今次試下其他新野French Fry (Truffie)先黎個店員推介嘅小食,黑松露薯條成日都食,每次都係附上醬點,呢個比較特別,係用碎粉去調味,主張食番薯仔原味,咁樣食無咁漏,可以繼續食之後嘅主菜Wagyu Steak with Rice, Salad & Soup今次嘅牛好重肉味,比較美式,好厚身,配香草牛油檸檬,底下有醬汁洋蔥,調味唔重,唔搶味Neapolitan Pasta上次朋友食完之後極力推介,又真係好好食,醬汁甜酸剛好,夠杰身,每一啖都好夠味,加上牛油同炒蛋底加左一份滑滑地嘅口感House Red Wine & Orange Rose Ball野飲都唔錯,都有質素
