To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地成班親戚約埋係今天一齊聚會,是慶祝我的大伯的生日,佢自己決定黎呢度食既,因為佢話試過,好鍾意呢度食。我地訂左一張,十人行。七點幾,就已經到左,好彩就訂左位,如果唔係,黎到就好似依家咁的情況,座無虛席啦!呢度人山人海,坐到滿一滿咁,我心諗洗唔洗呀,好食到咁多人黎呢度食 – 大中華飯店,佢係長沙灣福榮街539號地下,長沙灣站C2出口直行過大馬路轉右就份,屬於典型的大排檔,係食廣東粵菜,又有海鮮咁……等。大家到齊埋位坐低就由大伯發辦,佢眼都唔望一眼餐牌,就好輕易點晒d菜,不愧係常客。d菜綠綠續續d菜送到上枱,第一碟菜係豬手,吓!豬手?我非常驚訝,係度會有豬手食,一般常見都係德國餐廳先會見到,原來係呢度都有得食到鐵板黑椒豬手。之後枱上面仲有很多餸,但我特別想介紹南乳吊燒鱔、臘味煲仔飯、冰鎮墨魚、豉椒炒蟶子、清蒸花甲。鐵板黑椒豬手:用鐵板盛住熱辣辣的豬手,份量大大件,最喜歡聽到鐵板燒緊的聲,特別覺得好好味,咬落去,仲有脆脆地而肥美的皮包住滲入汁味厚厚的肉,肥而不膩,肉質真係無得彈;南乳吊燒鱔:燒到脆卜卜的金黃色鱔,食得出鱔的鮮味,再以南乳去配搭,味道十分均勻惹味得黎可口鬆脆,口感好正;臘味煲
