To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般人黎金祥當然會order佢哋嘅出名嘅排骨麵喇！其實，佢地其他小食同樣非常好食。今日一心諗住黎食佢哋嘅排骨麵，但喺餐牌就見到4款麵餐，就點左其中一款：雞翼麵雞翼外脆內軟，肉汁滿滿。以呢間店嚟講，可能未必係最出色嘅食物，而以雞翼嚟講，呢家亦可能未必係最好食。不過，對雞翼愛好者或想轉下口味嚟講，絕對值得一試麵軟硬適中，浸耐左都唔會點淋；湯飲落冇乜味精味，依價真喺唔多間做得到。最後，必須一提嘅係佢哋嘅服務，一入去就已經感受到個種家庭式服務，好似對待老朋友一樣，好warm，特別對孕婦或小朋友
