To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華最出名菠蘿油、西多士，但我每次黎都必叫金華豬扒飯配燴汁。份量好足，豬扒大大件，易切唔難咬而且冇用鬆肉粉，但豬扒對我而言只係配角，我主要都係食汁撈飯，總覺得個汁有種蘑菇香，酸甜版哈迪斯（！！！）蘑菇飯嘅感覺，好好撈飯。By the way，成日都想問邊個發明雜豆呢樣野？撈撈下唔夠汁想問姐姐可唔可以加汁，姐姐爽快答應，然後我就停哂手等，等左六七分鐘，怕姐姐唔記得再問一次，佢就黑臉啦，但都冇say no。結果，我等到飯都凍哂都係冇比汁我。.......一早拒絕我啦好嗎？唔撈汁我都可以趁熱食，何必要我白等？食完嬲住走
